"Hi my name is Chris and I'm very proud to say that since Trigger was formed over 16 years ago it has always been and will continue to be a company that stands for quality and puts the needs of our clients first ".
We started the business as a presentations company offering high quality presentations and video editing to corporate clients, including Intel, Packard Bell and Johnson and Johnson pharmaceuticals. Soon after, our clients asked us to offer more solutions so we responded with a host of services that now include Roadshows, AV hire and Installations.
Some of these clients are still with us today enjoying excellent service, value for money and a committment from us that the person who takes the brief will be the same person on site looking after you all the way.
Milestones along the way.
Between 1995 and 1997 we were responsible for the filming and producing of video programmes for the world famous Land Speed Record Team at Thrust SSC, filming their Supersonic Car from the initial build and testing stages through to the moment it left the UK bound for the desert to complete its record breaking attemp with an incredible speed of 763 mile per hour!
In 1996 we were one of the first companies to offer plasma screens for use in the rollout of store openings for "PC World" across the UK. For this series of events we provided demostration and promotional staff, technical crew, logistics, design, creation of branding and give-a-ways.
We were the first company to make a 5 mile long stretch of beach "wireless" for the Intel Centrino range of "WIFI" laptops in 2004. The launch of this ground breaking range of products allowed us to be more creative with the brand awareness helping Intel to design and create a "Real Surf Board with a PC built inside". The branding became even more widely seen by the public when we created and managed the "Centrino Hot Air Balloon" which appeared at many events across the globe.
Our passion for all things fast and furious was increased when we launched a range of cars by Jaguar and Aston Martin and even displayed these at the Premier of the Bond Film "Die Another Day" in Leicester Sq.
While a Trigger team were operating large projection screens and sound systems at Chelsea Football ground for a match between England and Argentina another set of Trigger crew were providing audio visual support for a "World Summit" who host and guests included Presentent Clinton and Gordon Brown.
With the advent of Telepresence Video Conferencing we pushed the boundaries of satellite communications by offering roadshows around europe where full Hi-Definition video conference transmissions could be demonstrated on multi screen, manufactured by Polycom. Alongside this we provided conference audio visual support, logistics and technical crew. All this using our bespoke exhibition trailer fitted out with an 8mb satellite system, fully branded and production managed from start to finish.
Conferences have always been at the core of our services and one that stood out was the 2000 person Lloyds TSB event where we designed and built a 150ft wide set supplied 2000 voting handsets. We also produced the audio visual production, filmed, edited the shows video content and made a live link to Australia possible so the new CEO could take part in a live Q & A Session.
Being able to offer shows overseas have been very import to our clients, over the past few years we have supported conferences and events in every European country, parts of Asia, Scandinavia, Russia, Turkey, Egypt, Morroco, Jordan, Dubai and many other places.
Installations of audio visual equipment has been more import recently as the need to carry out events in-house has become more popular. We are proud to say our installations division has installed and configured many installations including a massive conference centre for British Gas. We turned an empty warehouse shell into a fully operational facility with projectors, sound systems, rigging and lighting plus the added bonus of remote control of all devices via a wireless network. We have also installed and supported boardrooms with video conferencing equipment and multi screen bezelless plasma screens.
All in all it has been a very interesting 16 years with many diverse projects and solutions to work on. I would like to personally thank our clients for their support, trust and repeat business over the years and look forward to working with you in the future.
Kind regards
Chris Walton
Creative Events Director
